Service Terms
These terms and conditions govern the use of Microsoft 365 services provided through CentralLense. By using Microsoft 365 services through our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to Microsoft’s own service agreement.
CentralLense acts as an authorized provider of Microsoft 365 services. Your use of these services is also subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement and applicable Microsoft product terms.
Licensing and Usage
Microsoft 365 licenses procured through CentralLense are subject to the licensing terms established by Microsoft. You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable licensing requirements.
Any modifications to your subscription, including upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations, are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement with CentralLense.
Support and Maintenance
CentralLense provides technical support for Microsoft 365 services as part of our managed services offerings. Support availability and response times are governed by your service level agreement.
Microsoft product updates and security patches are applied according to our maintenance schedule to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
